I’m sure by now you know that I love all things cute and funky, colorful, girly gadgets, or mini accessories that I can take everywhere with me in my bag, or in my suitcase, whether it be on vacation, for the beach, on the plane… And when I saw these colorful little speakers, I could not resist it.. Of course they do exist in more neutral colors too, but my favorite is the “tropical anime” edition, a really fresh and kawaii Japanese style that I absolutely love 😉

The nice thing about this cute little accessory, ultra light, resistant to shocks and waterproof (during 30 mins in 1 metre), is that we can really take it everywhere .. in the shower, to the beach, in the car, on a bike, on a board, on your belt or in your backpack.. The speaker is equipped with a stretchy bungee cord to strap it everywhere securely, and with a mini inflatable floatie to allow it to float in the swimming pool beside you… So cool ! 😉

I am not hooked on music at all costs because sometimes I prefer the sound of nature or silence, but it is true that this small gadget is ideal when we want to listen to some good music during a long journey, in a hotel room, in the car or outdoors during a party, a day at the beach, or even in the house or garden etc… In short, I am completely won over by this mini speaker that follows me everywhere.. And a small detail which is of great importance, the sound is really good and of excellent quality..

How it works..

Easy peasy .. You can connect your UE ROLL 2 to your smartphone, tablet or other device using either Bluetooth or the auxiliary input. It has a battery life of 9 hours, and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod etc.. You need to download the UE roll app in the app store or Google play for Android… Then turn on the device, connect using Bluetooth, select the speaker UE ROLL 2 in the list of options, and you are good to go 😉

The UE roll app is pretty cool because it allows you to control the speaker from a distance using your smartphone as a remote, (for example you can turn it on and off, increase or lower the volume, change to “party” mode, share music with friends, note: go to “instructions” in the app and for more “technical” info, click here..)
