# DIY : home made raw & vegan raffaellos ..

Let’s try one of my little sister ‘s delicious recipe today 😉 Easy and quick to make, this is one of my favorite snack.You will need a blender or a food processor for this one ..


For around twenty pieces of raffaellos
 :

  • around 40 organic and unsalted cashew nuts +  20 organic and unsalted almonds + 10 organic hazelnuts  (+ 25 whole and unsoaked almonds to set aside )
  • one fresh lemon juice
  • 200g of organic grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
  • 3 organic dates

Let’s cook !

  • One hour before starting, soak all the nuts into cold water and rinse out after a while.
  • Place the three kind of nuts into the blender with the lemon juice, the dates and half of the grated coconut (100g)
  • Mix it all.
  • While blending, pour the coconut oil into the mixture.
  • Use this mixture to make some small scoops (1/2 inch in diameter).
  • Put a whole almond into each scoop .
  • Roll each scoop into the grated coconut .
  • Set aside in the fridge for one hour. Et voilà ! it’s ready <3
