All cat owners ( and animals in general actually ) know that it is always a bind, trying to find someone to take care of your furry friend when it is time to go on vacation. Those of you who are lucky enough, leave them with family or loved ones or even kind neighbours, but for others that are less fortunate it can be quite a challenge to find a pet sitter, and especially a trustworthy pet sitter ( because of course we don’t just leave them them with any old person).. And this is exactly what happened to Gauthier, the mastermind behind this place.. Having found nobody to care of his adorable kitty (the famous Aristide) he decided to create a hotel.. for cats. To the greatest delight of all you cat lovers out there 😉

The concept :

Located right in the heart of Paris, this hotel is exclusively reserved for our cats, who quickly feel right at home here in this cocoon specially created for them..Whether it be for a one night, a long weekend, or a longer stay, we can leave our precious pets in the capable care at Aristide…

The hotel :

To create this cocoon where cats are the kings, Gauthier surrounded himself with specialists (architects, veterinarians, behaviorists, etc.) and this design, modern, cosy and welcoming gem was born in 2014.. Services include single rooms, suites and shared rooms, mini bars, room service, Skype, beauty and healthcare, everything has been completely and utterly thought out so that our cats feel safe and at home, and a whole team of qualified cat-sitters pamper them during their stay.

The rooms :

They are cosy, bright, very clean, and really well thought out, with games, pillows, hiding places and spaces to sleep. According to the cat’s character and his preferences, he can share his room or stay in a single one. And for a little exercise and to unwind their legs after nap time, the cats can take advantage of the play room, an open space filled with games, where kitties can have fun or be caressed and stroked by cat-sitters.

The team ..

Consists of specialists and cat lovers, it adapts itself to the character of every individual cat, who can leave their room by choice if they want. At Aristide, the team respect the rhythm and the needs for every cat, and the hotel also works with a veterinary service. You get it, your cat will be spoiled in this small cosy nest during its stay..

And the owner ?

He will receive a small e-mail with updates and news, but if the separation is too difficult, you do have the Skype and mms option.. And for the ardent cat lover supporters and shoppers, at Aristide, there is also an adorable gift shop with objects for humans that are just too cute! (books, T-shirts, Mugs, posters) and for cats (toys, pillows, delicacies, scrapers) basically we want to buy everything..

Check in & out :

As with any respectable hotel, at Aristide there is a check in and a check out. During the check in, we come with our cat, in its transport box with its papers and health records. If we do not have time to come and pick up our animal, the hotel works with the service of specialized transport which will come to collect and drop off your Kitten at home..

A data sheet is to be filled during the reservation or during check in so that the teams know as much as possible about our pet, to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
All the cats must be identified, sterilized, wormed, inoculated and FIV negative.
Try to reserve a little in advance, the hotel is often full, especially during the holiday season.

Rates & infos :

There are several price lists according to the type of room we choose.

Formula Cool Cat in a shared room is 26 euros a day
Formula Cosy Cat in a single room is 40 euros a day
Formula Dandy Cat in a suite is 65 euros a day.
Frequent traveller pass : for regular travelers, the hotel also proposes a pass with preferential rates.
