# my beauty routine with Puressential oils..

To pamper and nourish your skin and hair, there’s nothing like a good oil care… and if it is organic, it is even better.. Among my collection of favourite oils there are of course a range of products by Puressentiel, that i often tell you about because they do offer a selection of excellent products made of plants and essential oils. So with that being said, here are 3 organic oil treatments by this brand that I’m using daily and that will make you look and feel beautiful from head to toe…. .

Beautiful skin/ Organic skin care oil :

This oil is ideal for nourishing and regenerating the body, and more specifically the more fragile, dehydrated or tired skin on the face and décolleté, because it contains some Immortal and Rose hip oil. These have regenerating properties, are anti-blotch and anti wrinkle etc,.. In short these 2 oils are excellent for the skin.. I often apply it after taking a bath, on my breasts, the body and cleavage (and on the face in a more punctual way, only in the evening because I find that it is slightly too rich for me and it makes my skin shine)

Beautiful Body / Slim & Firming organic skincare oil

This oil treatment made up of 7 essential oils, smells excellent and is very pleasant to apply .. Made up of a mixture of plant oils of jojoba (among others) and essential oils (grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, niaouli, small grains, rosemary and ylang ylang ..), it is ideal for massage after a shower to firm up and hydrate the skin ..
I always apply it rather firmly to the top of my thighs, buttocks, hips, stomach, in short on all high-risk areas, and I am very satisfied with the results .. The skin is soft to touch, hydrated, perfumed and over the course of a few days the buttocks become firmer and this helps to limit the water retention and cellulite, so what is not to like ?? 😉

Beautiful Hair /Revitalizing organic oil

An oil treatment that I simply love to use as a mask before applying my shampoo to revitalize the scalp and strengthen my hair.. It really makes it feel good;-).. For application, I massage it well into my skull, and all over my head with the oil, and I rub it into the end of my hair, I disentangle delicately the strands of hair, and cover my head with a hot towel for 30 min before taking a shower..
And we can also use this oil in the ocean or in the swimming pool to protect our hair from chlorine, the sun, salt etc.. Needless to say, this item never leaves my travel bag…
