# Flower power in New York City..

Hello there <3

So here is a look we shot upon our arrival in the big Apple, when it was still possible to walk around without a big coat.. It is hard to imagine that only 1 week ago the weather was so nice and warm we could even wear short slives.. But in the meantime, the winter showed up in NyC, the temp dropped to 28°F and I am writing this blog all wrapped up in a cosy blanket near the heating ^^So much for the short slives .. From now on, I will be wearing this dress with a huge crop wooly jumper, tights and a winter coat which makes a completely different silhouette ! Anyway, I chose to shoot the Autumn version of this lovely look, without coat, tights and everything.. way more sexy (and you can actually see the dress !!)

The look / You have no doubt noticed it in all the shop windows; this season patterns and motifs are back in fashion (well they are more or less always in fashion but some season more than other )! Checks, polka dots, flowers, and stripes which sometimes are worn as just one item, layered, or as the overall look… I am not generally a fan of patterns and motifs, but I fell for this dress from Urban Outfitters that I found rather cool for strolling through the streets of New York..

Accessories/ To accessorize this lovely dress, nothing is better than my fav combo of the moment, net socks and escarpins and my super cute Furla Métropolis, just to keep up with the floral theme .. Ps : The heels are from Iro .. I always find beautiful shoes by this brand, really trendy and comfy, perfect to wear and walk in, so each time I give in….
