Less is more ..
Today I’m writing about a french swimwear brand I really love. Those of you who follow me have probably already seen it on my Instagram or in my stories. It’s called Statice, a gorgeous brand which is similar to Eres thanks to its sleek cuts and gorgeous one-pieces.
And as usual, I’m sharing my favorite pieces with you !
Swimsuit //
I can’t get enough of those bathing suits. They create a really beautiful silhouette (which is rare for one-pieces!) … There are two different cuts but both are amazing !
- The backless version, which fastens with ties behind the neck, is so elegant. I went for navy blue but it’s available in loads of gorgeous colors… Black, navy, white, red, pink, electric blue, sapphire blue and aquamarine… It’s really hard to pick!
- The triangle & plunging V neck version , which is also beautiful because it highlights the waist and has a gorgeous neckline. I have this one in black and it’s also available in navy, white, red, pink, electric blue, sapphire blue and aquamarine….
Bikinis //
- Tops : I love the triangle tops, which are so simple but super chic, sexy and elegant… I went for black and electric blue (this shade is so gorgeous!) … The shades currently available are black, navy, red, pink, electric blue, sapphire blue and aquamarine.
- Bottoms : To match my sexy sporty electric blue triangle bikini top, I went for the classic bottoms, I love the cut which is super flattering. To go with my black bikini top, I chose bottoms with a side tie to shake things up a bit. The cut on these is great too.
FYI :
To sum up, Statice is all about gorgeous bikinis and bathing suits with elegant, graphic and timeless cuts. They are super chic, and the fabric is high-quality with a slight control effect which is really flattering for any silhouette, curvy or not. The result is so elegant and feminine.. just love it ! Basically, it’s a classic chic swimwear must-have to shop asap!
- In terms of sizing I’m usually a 36 for the bikinis bottoms and a 38/40 on top, depending on the brand, as I’m a C cup. For Statice, I’ll go for a one-piece in 38 and for the bikinis, I take 38 on the bottom, and 40 on top (the 38 is too small for an 85 C).. Size 40 is usually just perfect for my breast but when we shot the pics, it was on my period time (awesome^^) so my boobs were a bit bigger than usual loool..
- Price: Around 160/170 euros for the swimsuits/bikinis. Though it’s the sales at the moment on the eshop or on the ELLE store so check it out ! 😉
