So to give you some inspiration, here is little idea for Valentines day, and valid for all the year (!) .. The perfect gift for all you love-birds who want to treat yourselves to a moment of relaxation at the Sultane de Saba … And of course you can also pamper and treat yourself alone if prince charming is not available 😉
My prince and I made an appointment, and shared a massage together at the Sultane de Saba in the Montorgueil Quarter, in the 2nd arrondissement in Paris…
And it was under an unrepentant, and freezing cold downpour that we found ourselves seeking sanctuary.. It was the perfect weather for a cosy afternoon together, away from the rain, and in the relaxed surroundings of an oriental spa…
Intimate and unique, with its aromas and decorations in the theme of a thousand and one nights, the spa is an invitation to journey and to relax ..
Modelage Duo/ package for two :
This treatment for 2, lasting roughly 1 hour, is carried out in a little cabin lit only by candles, and is equipped with 2 massage tables. After choosing the kind of massage and the preferred scent, each person installs themselves comfortably onto the heated massage tables …. And the treatment begins ..
(The masseuse adapts to our preferences, we just need to indicate if we prefer more or less pressure, if we are in pain somewhere, or if we wish to concentrate on different zones or one zone in particular)
For Her : Journeys to the Islands with the Tiare Flower 😉
Just to forget the Parisian winter, I had chosen the Polynesian massage, using heated shells, scented with the tiare flower… total paradise… This massage which combines the contact of the soft shells, and the pressures exercised by the masseuse with his wrists all over the body, is performed using warm oil, and is very pleasant and soothing.. The aroma of perfumed oil transported me far from Paris…
In short I absolutely loved it !! I left feeling ultra relaxed, and smelling from head to toe of holidays and travel …
For Him, Japanese escape 😉
My other half had chosen the Japanese massage in Lotus and Néroli, with its more “ masculine” scents and stronger pressure. This massage is particularly adapted for men as it is rather vigorous and more energetic, whilst at the same time, remaining soft on the muscles … According to my boo, this massage was halfway between a Thai massage and an Ayurvedic massage..
He too was in Zen mode after his Japanese stopover 😉
Peace & love
We will return!
