A peachy skin tone with the Pore Eraser ..
I discovered this makeup base during one of my photo shoots, and since then I am a huge fan! I love its mousse like texture, and its SPF UV protection, (I have to admit at the moment with this awful weather, UV rays are not our primary concern, however the sun will return, and when it does, we will be ready 😉 Its ultra light mousse texture is just amazing, easy to apply, and the mousse aspect of it is fun and playful, (well I find it amusing anyway) ..
The shade is quite light (as is the case with alot of the Shu products) but it is a makeup base, I always apply either a tinted BB cream, or some blusher on top to give me a beautiful tone… and the result is perfect!
To die for lips ..
I love natural and light lipsticks, which make the lips look beautiful without being over the top.. And my absolute favorite at the moment is the light and soft red palette, which really shows of my lips to their full potential, and never leaves my handbag 😉 ( n°345 ; unlimited supreme shine ) ..
Cat’s eyes ..
To really highlight the lashes, and something that needs no introduction is “The eyelash curler” by Shu, which is part of my “can’t live without” kit… Even when I do not wear makeup, I still curl my eyelashes to open up my look, (and it really makes a huge difference!!) If like me, certain lashes are too large for the size of your eye, do not hesitate to curl then only slightly and delicately at the edges, and use jewelry tweezers to adjust the size if necessary..
As for a top coat, my two must haves are “ the ultimate natural mascara” and “the stretch extreme” both in waterproof. Both create crazy good eyelashes.. They elongate the lashes, and open up the overall look, all the while not overcharging the eyelash or being “ too much” We end up with gorgeous eyes but remaining natural, exactly how I like…
Soft and silky hairs..
If you do not know this already, Shu Emura are also hair specialists, and have excellent capillary care treatments. The cream treatment and the nourishing oil, both with camellia oil are very good.. They also smell divine, these treatments nourish the hair, and they are perfect for summer (personally I use them all year round).
=>The hair cream treatment should be used after shampoo, apply onto wet hair, without rinsing, and before blow drying and brushing.
=>The nourishing oil should be used on the ends of the hair and at the beach to protect from drying out, and the UV rays. You can also use it before shampoo or as a hair mask to leave on for several minutes. When my hair is really dry, I apply just before drying, to protect the ends of my hair from the heat of the hairdryer. It makes your hair all soft and beautifully scented..
